The Onset School of Music has some of the best and brightest music teachers in the area. Below is a list of our instructors and a brief bio.
Pamela Bruce
Pamela is classically trained and proficient in jazz, blues, and improve. She had recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in music from UMass Lowell.
Jesse Buzzota
Jesse is a professional musician with years of teaching experience. He is trained in multiple styles of drumming but is partial to the rock genre.
David Delaney
Trained in Composition and Violin Performance at Berklee College of Music. While fiddle music is his specialty, he is also proficient in Jazz and Classical music.
Adam Douglass
Adam Douglass is a professional musician and a highly qualified music instructor. He plays in various groups ranging from Funk to Jam Bands, Brazilian Pop, Rock, Jazz and Fusion.
Will Faust
Will Faust studied at Berklee College of Music as a guitar principle. He has been teaching guitar, bass, and ukulele for 10 years now all over the North Shore area. Will is a full-time musician that splits his time between working on many different projects all in the music field and teaching.
Liz Kereakoglow
Elizabeth Kereakoglow is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a degree in music performance. She is classically trained and is a certified Suzuki violin teacher, receiving her certification from the Hart School of Music.
Kathleen King
Katie King has a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from UMass Lowell and is currently finishing her Graduate and teaches a variety of styles such as pop and broadway.
Brooke Larimer
Brooke holds a Masters Degree in music from The Boston Conservatory and a Bachelors from Vanderbilt University. She specializes in classical, musical theatre, jazz and rock vocal styles.
Jeff Mader
Jeff a.k.a. "DJ Shyne", holds a degree in music from Northeastern University. He has been DJ-ing for over a decade with his highly successful entertainment company, ECF Entertainment.
Isaac Richardson
Isaac Richardson is in his final year at Berklee College of Music with a dual major in Composition and Film Scoring. Isaac is now either playing and arranging music for the indie folk rock band he's in, Moss Points North, or composing and orchestrating for films or classical ensembles. He enjoys playing and teaching in many different styles including classical, blues, jazz, rock, and pop.
B.J. Wass
B.J. graduated from Berklee College of Music as a piano principle and with a degree in music.
Chris Wright
Christopher Wright graduated from the Hartt School of Music with degrees in classical guitar performance and music production & technology.
