Have you always wondered how guitarists like Mississippi John Hurt, Doc Watson and Elizabeth Cotton can sound like two guitars in one? In this two-hour class, we’ll learn the basics of alternating bass picking, the importance of the thumb, how to play a melody over a bassline and how to find your own unique feel. You only need to know some basic first position chords (G, C, Em, D ) to take this class. It's open to all levels.
